This charming man, Chef Jean-Jacques Paimblanc, is one of the instructors in BU's culinary program. (He's the one that revived my love for fish.) He's got his own company, Cocorico Chocolate Syrups, and he sells chocolate from France to corporate customers. I'm hoping the chef might go into retail -- everyone loved his hot chocolate and mocha chocolate shake. (I went back three times for the mocha chocolate.) Some people said his hot chocolate rivals L.A. Burdick!
